“Blue Shirts, Bright Smiles, and Tuesday Miles”

Just a heads-up: the dew point in Paramount, CA this morning was around 64 °F—which is a bit on the muggy side. When the dew point climbs above 60 °F, workouts can feel noticeably tougher due to reduced evaporation and that sticky, humid sensation. So if you’re planning to hit the pavement this morning, know that it might feel a bit more strenuous than usual. A few tips to stay comfortable:

Hydrate extra before and during your walk.

Take it at your own pace—you might want to dial it back slightly or include short rest stops.

Dress light and breathable to help your body keep cool.

Despite the humidity, you’ve got this! A cool shaded route and plenty of water can make all the difference.
