We had a wonderful Tuesday morning together with our Paramount Roadrunners Senior Walking Club! 🌿🚶♀️🚶♂️
We enjoyed a brisk, full-hour walk and spent some time working on strength areas we felt needed a little extra attention after the holiday break.
Seeing all the beautiful, smiling faces truly cheered my heart, and I loved greeting everyone we passed in the park along the way. Community, movement, and fresh air—it doesn’t get much better than that!
